CROSSFIT CLASSES

CrossFit classes provide members with a high intensity, constantly varied, community-focused atmosphere. Programming promotes improved strength, endurance and overall fitness and health for all ages and abilities.  CrossFit classes are scheduled throughout the day to cater to member schedules.

FOUNDATIONS

Foundations sessions get newcomers introduced to basic lifts, skills, scaling options, equipment, and our membership platform.  Coaches will assist and instruct you so you’re ready to rock in classes!

OPEN GYM

Open gym provides our members the opportunity to put in extra work or do their own thing.  We offer open gym time several times throughout the week!

YOGA

Yoga provides our members the opportunity to increase flexibility and range of motion, which is essential in CrossFit movements. We offer classes on Sundays several times each month.

24/7 ACCESS

A secure app allows gym access for members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year allowing the flexibility to train at times convenient to a member’s individual schedule. *Some restrictions apply
